Start a scan

Version 1.0.0 supports normal webpages loaded over HTTP or HTTPS. Local file:// pages are not supported.
If a scan does not start
- Confirm the active tab is a normal HTTP or HTTPS page.
- Reload the page, reopen NOISE and select Analyze this page again.
- Keep the selected page active while the scan runs.
- If the issue continues, record the extension version, Chrome version, page type and exact steps.
Do not send passwords, cookies, tokens or screenshots containing private form data.
Open or export the full report
Select Open full report to review evidence, filters, exact next actions, Page Facts and limitations. Export Markdown and Export JSON create local files only after you select the relevant button.
Copy the AI repair brief
Copy AI repair brief places a bounded report on the clipboard. NOISE does not choose or contact an AI provider. You decide whether and where to paste the brief, and the destination’s privacy terms apply after you do.
Delete the saved report
Open the full report, select Delete local report and confirm. The latest report is removed from chrome.storage.local. A new scan creates a new local report. Uninstalling the extension also removes its local extension storage, subject to Chrome’s behavior.
Why a performance value is unavailable or different
Performance values describe the current browser session. Browser support, caching, extensions, device load and network conditions can change them. Some values may be unavailable when the required performance entry was not recorded. These values are not CrUX field data.
