These terms govern the NAVINES NOISE Google Search Console MCP service provided by NAVINES ISRAEL LTD. The separate NAVINES NOISE Chrome extension remains subject to the notices presented with that extension.
Service
NOISE lets an authenticated user ask ChatGPT or Codex to read data from Search Console properties the user can access. The Google authorization is read-only. NOISE does not make website, Git, Search Console, sitemap, indexing, or account changes.
Accounts and authorization
You must use your own authorized Auth0 and Google accounts, keep access secure, and connect only properties you are permitted to review. You can disconnect Google and delete the stored refresh token from the dashboard.
Trial and manual access
The trial starts after a successful Google connection and ends after 3 hours or 10 successful MCP tool calls, whichever occurs first. Continued access is currently $10 per month, paid outside the plugin and activated manually. There is no automatic renewal or in-chat checkout.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to bypass access controls, probe other users’ data, overload Google or NAVINES systems, reverse engineer credentials, or use the service unlawfully. Rate and Google API limits apply.
Data handling
The service stores identity, access state, minimal usage/audit events, and an AES-256-GCM-encrypted Google refresh token. It does not persist Search Console reports, queries, pages, clicks, impressions, or full Google responses. See the Privacy Policy.
Limitations
Search Console data can be delayed, sampled, aggregated, limited to top rows, or changed by Google. Opportunity output is deterministic prioritization, not a ranking promise or professional guarantee. Review evidence before acting.
Availability and termination
The service may be changed, suspended, or discontinued for security, abuse, provider, legal, or operational reasons. Access can be suspended or cancelled manually. Expired access does not remove your ability to disconnect Google.
Liability
The service is provided as available, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You remain responsible for decisions, implementations, backups, and compliance relating to your websites and accounts.
